Gord’s Rentals Inc., part of the Attawapiskat Enterprises Group of Companies, is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead our Timmins location. If you’re a strong leader with industry know-how and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you. You would be responsible for the profit and loss of this business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily rental and sales operations for tools & equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Coach and train staff, ensuring all safety and training requirements are met.
• Step in to support associates as needed.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, safe, and “rental ready.”
• Drive business growth, efficiency, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in equipment rental, construction, or related industries.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency and strong computer literacy.
• G-Class Driver’s License (clean abstract).
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
