Position Overview:

CML is currently seeking a Journeyperson Plumber with experience in new residential and commercial construction, hydronic heating, and general plumbing service. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install and test plumbing systems in new construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial)

· Service, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems as required

· Work with hydronic heating systems – including installation and maintenance

· Interpret and follow mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

· Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards

· Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices when needed

· Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members, and clients

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Journeyperson Plumber (Ontario)

Experience with residential and commercial new construction

Willingness to travel and work at remote job sites

Knowledge and hands-on experience with hydronic heating systems

Strong diagnostic and service skills

Positive attitude, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record

Willingness to work out of town, as project needs require

Compensation:

$45 to $60 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
