Role: The Gas Station Attendant plays a key frontline role in ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-focused service experience. Attendants perform fuel operations, process payments, maintain facility cleanliness, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service: greet customers, assist with purchases, and handle cash/transactions accurately.
• Operate POS systems, lottery machines, and support propane/fuel services (training provided; certification required for propane).
• Maintain store cleanliness: stock shelves, clean restrooms, remove garbage, and perform basic equipment checks.
• Ensure safety and compliance by following health, safety, and environmental procedures and reporting any issues promptly.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Location: Moonbeam, ON
• Typical schedule: On-site position. Casual schedule to cover gas station operating hours. Includes evening, weekends and statutory holidays.
• Travel requirements: 0 %
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store clerk or retail experience preferred.
• Language: Bilingual French and English, written and spoken preferred.
• Technology: Familiar with basic computer and POS systems.
• Additional skills: Able to read, write, perform basic math and follow safety procedures. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Must be able to lift and/move items up to 20 lbs.
