Job Qualifications 

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License is required
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Completion of basic First Aid, Transport of Dangerous Goods, and Health and Safety Training is an asset
• Organization, cleanliness and a professional attitude are a must
• Attention to detail is important
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making and delegation skills
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Team player able to provide support, motivation and encouragement to others
• Mechanical skills is an asset

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide transportation for staff to and from remote camp location
• Pick up / drop off deliveries and supplies as needed
• Maintain communication with the supervisor
• May have to lift heavy products or parcels
• Constant attention to safety. Drives safely and follows all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Constant monitoring of vehicles. Keeps company vehicle clean and ensures it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
