Extel Services Inc. is a fast-growing telecommunications company with worksites in Ontario and our main office is in Timmins, Ontario.
We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team
Responsibilities:
· General office duties including filing, answering phones, arranging travel arrangements
· Issue and submit invoices and work orders.
· Employee payroll.
· Filing.
· Maintain vehicle license plates and inspections.
· Ability to execute projects and adjust to changing priorities effectively.
· Completion of assigned work to the highest of standards.
· Commitment to all company safety rules and guidelines.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Sage 50 or computerized bookkeeping software would be a strong asset.
· Bilingualism would be an asset along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Valid provincial ‘G’ driver’s license.
· Must be punctual.
