CJ Equipment Sales & Service is looking to add a full-time service advisor to its operations.

As a Service Advisor, excellent customer service is a priority as you are the point of contact with customers, shop technicians as well as parts technicians. Computer skills are required. Outlook, Office 365 and Keyloop/Serti experience would be considered an asset. 

Duties include:
-Opening work orders
-Providing customer quotes
-Updating customers as required
-Working in hand with the service manager and parts department to ensure parts are ordered for jobs
-Other tasks as required


Experience with truck and coach, automotive, and/or heavy equipment considered an asset.
