Timmins Decorating Centre (Benjamin Moore)

is seeking an ambitious individual for a part-time customer service position. Must have weekend availability. Applicants must be able to provide excellent customer service, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills to retail and commercial customers.

Store hours are : Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm & Saturdays 9am-5pm. 

There are no evening or Sunday shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Interacting with both commercial and retail customers, determining their needs and proposing appropriate products and services.
* Tinting paint using the Benjamin Moore color RX systems.
* Processing sales through a computerized point of sale system.
* Having an eye for visual merchandising and performing daily housekeeping duties within the store.
* Receiving shipments from paint and sundry suppliers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be able to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
* Bilingualism would be an asset but is not mandatory.
* Have a good eye for colour.
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1-3 years retail or sales experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
