Skills and Responsibilities
- Assist Safety Coordinators/Supervisors with Safety related matters and requirements.
- Maintain employee training files and training database.
- Schedule and organize specialized training.
- Maintain training database.
- Perform pre-employment tests.
- Perform employee onboarding.
- Transcribe meeting minutes.
- Correspond internally and with clients.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a Health and Safety administrative role in an office or on a site environment is an asset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Previous experience in the Surface Mining industry.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
